Omelette with Salami, Olives & Onion

PREP TIME: 10 min

NEED: pan with cover


  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 tbsp sour cream
  3. 1/2 small onion, chopped
  4. 10 slices of spicy salami
  5. 2 tsbp of olives
  6. pinch of salt
  7. oil


  1. heat up oil in a pan, add onions and fry on medium heat for few minutes until soft
  2. Whisk 2 eggs with sour cream and salt
  3. Pour egg mixture onto the pan
  4. Add salami and olives on top of the eggs
  5. Fry covered for 5 min or until eggs are no longer ‘watery’

PAIR WITH: Bread, Potatoes
