Clementine Raspberry Jam Oatmeal Jar

Oatmeal – old fashioned healthy breakfast that is coming back as famous and fancy lifestyle. It does not have to be boring – it can be fun and delicious. Myself I was not a fan of oatmeal before, as I’m a huge bread eater in the morning, but this one is definitely a good start as well.

This serving option is perfect idea to take away or even eat as snack in the afternoon.


PREP TIME: 10 min

NEED: 1 cup jar


  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. 1 clementine, peeled, cut in 1cm pieces
  6. 4 tbsp raspberry jam


  1. All ingredients (1-3)oats, water, milk  in a pot, mix together
  2. Bring to boil and simmer covered for 4 minutes (or according to oatmeal cooking directions). Let cool for 10 min.
  3. On the bottom of the jar, place raspberry jam, then add 1/3 of oatmeal, layer with 1 tbsp of honey, again 1/3 oatmeal, 1tbsp of honey and last oatmeal layer. Add clementine on top.

PAIR WITH: coffee, juice 🙂
