Tomato Cod Fish with Black Seeds recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 200g cod fish fillet, cut in strips
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 tsp black seeds (also called fennel flower or black cumin)
- Salt
RECIPE:
- Melt butter in a non stick pan
- Add garlic, cod, tomato puree, sprinkle with salt to taste and fry on medium/low heat for 3 minutes
- Turn around the fish, sprinkle with black seeds and simmer for another 4-5 minutes, covered. The fish should be fully cooked, but soft and buttery.
PAIR WITH: vegetables, rice, bread
