Polish-Mexican Beans, Corn, Cheese Salad Recipe
Got hungry? Unexpected guests are coming over? Too lazy to go outside to get groceries? Here is the key – an easy salad made from ingredients most people have in their cargo.Â It’s as easy as one can think of, little preparation, chop and cut, thenÂ mix the ingredients, serve & EAT.
PREP TIME: 10 min
1 can sweet corn
1 can kidney beans
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in half inch/1 cm squares
1 small onion (smaller than egg size), chopped
100g pickles, cut in half inch/1 cm squares
200-250g Edam cheese, cut in half inch/1 cm squares
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp salt
- All ingredients (1-6) into a bowl, mix well.
- Prepare sauce in a little jar from mayo, yogurt, chili and salt
- Add to the bowl and mix well until all ingredients are covered with creamy sauce.
