Polish Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Bell Pepper

SERVES: 1 (multiple ingredients by number of people)

PREP TIME: 10 min

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/4 onion, chopped
  3. 1/4 red bell pepper, cut in 1cm (1/2 inch) pieces
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. Pinch of  salt
  6. Toasted bread, buttered

RECIPE:

  1. Fry onion and bel pepper fr few minutes until soft on oil
  2. Add egg, scramble, fry for a minute

PAIR WITH: Toasted bread, rice, noddles, potatoes
