Polish Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs with Onion and Bell Pepper

PREP TIME: 10 min
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/4 red bell pepper, cut in 1cm (1/2 inch) pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- Pinch of salt
- Toasted bread, buttered
RECIPE:
- Fry onion and bel pepper fr few minutes until soft on oil
- Add egg, scramble, fry for a minute
PAIR WITH: Toasted bread, rice, noddles, potatoes
