Arugula, Salami, Gouda, Tomato Sandwich with Kimchi

Easy sandwich idea for lunch. Very healthy, tasty, home made but make sure when you pick your ingredients.

Normally, when I go grocery shopping I check every label for ingredients. Cheese should just be milk and salami should all be 100% meat, normally made from much more meat that it comes out. You need to be careful with that to make sure, than when you think you eat healthy, you really do.

I love kimchi (recipe here) for its taste and healthy benefits, so I try to squeeze it in every possible meal.

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 slices of rye bread
  2. 5 tsp of mayo
  3. 2 slices of Gouda cheese
  4. 3 slices of salami
  5. Handful of arugula
  6. 1 small tomato sliced
  7. few red onion slices

SANDWICH LAYERS:

  1. Bread
  2. Mayo
  3. Arugula
  4. Mayo
  5. Gouda cheese
  6. Red onion
  7. Tomato
  8. Mayo
  9. Salami
  10. Gouda cheese
  11. Mayo
  12. Arugula
  13. Mayo
  14. Bread

SERVE WITH: kimchi
