Mini Meatloaves stuffed with Egg

Today I am making Mini Meatloaves stuffed with Egg. They can be eaten warm alone or with dinner and served cold on a platter. Perfect meal idea and as a party snack.

I do not have any story to bring with this recipe – my Mom or Grandma did not make it and actually they learnt from me how to make. It is nothing really very ‘new’ –  I would rather say it is a variation of a burger, that’s all.

In this video I will show you how to prepare what you see on the picture:

Ingredients:
-1 lb ground meat (pork/beef)
-Carrot (small)
-2 Tbsp Ketchup
-2 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
-2 Tbsp Oats
-Egg
-2 Eggs (hard boiled)
-Salt & Pepper

Serving Option: with Roasted Potatoes and Celery Root Salad.
