Today is another ‘fish day – Friday’ and I would like to share the recipe that I truly believe is not only when you have children. Being a bit lazy I wanted to combine 1 dish with all mixed up in it. Instead of serving grilled or breaded fish with mashed potatoes, I combined them to 1 and got the fish cakes out of it.
As the fish mixed with potatoes is a bit mushy and mellow, I prepared Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce that goes perfectly. And my dinner is ready!

Fish Cakes Ingredients:
-2 fish fillets
-1 large potato, cooked
-1 cup bread crumbs
Fish cakes can be served for lunch or dinner with sauce poured over it as refresher.
